Child Safety House Calls' goal is helping you create the safest environment for your children. We will recommend child safety techniques and products but please remember that these are designed to limit or slow children's access to hazards. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for proper adult supervision.

Medical Advice Policy
Although Child Safety House Calls relies on its staff's pediatric emergency medical experience to provide the best child safety advice, we cannot provide our clients with medical advice. We will not evaluate any children, offer any diagnoses, or suggest any treatment.

Pricing Policy
Child Safety House Calls receives a consultation fee for individualized expert advice. To ensure an affordable no-hassle means for you to apply our advice, we have made available almost all of our recommended safety products at a discount. Ordering safety products or professional installation within 14 days of consultation allows the most efficient processing and earns a special $25 credit.

Installation Policy
Our professional installation is available on most products saving you hours of frustration! In order to ensure the safest installations, we only install products we have sold and only in homes in which we have completed a consultation. Of course, we can provide products for you to install yourself.

Satisfaction guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with products or installation, Child Safety House Calls will provide an alternative or return for a refund for up to 3 months from date of service.

Disclaimer of Liability
The products and services offered by Child Safety House Calls are intended and accepted by the client as an aid to adult supervision and not to be construed as a substitute for it.

Child Safety House Calls, LLC attempts to deliver only quality, tested products, yet no product are foolproof. Because every child is unique, the effectiveness of the products provided will vary depending on the child's level of development, inquisitiveness and individual manual dexterity.

Child Safety House Calls, LLC does not design or manufacture products and can not make a guarantee as to their engineering, design, construction or effectiveness. Liability for defective products sold by Child Safety House Calls, LLC will remain with the manufacturer. However defective products will be replaced by Child Safety House Calls, LLC who will seek their own replacement or re-imbursement from the manufacture. Always retain the receipt and warranty booklet of products in question.

It is the caregiver's responsibility to ensure they are knowledgeable about the proper usage including upkeep and maintenance of all child safety products. Please refer to product instruction manual, manufacturer website, or contact Child Safety House Calls for assistance.

Products installed by Child Safety House Calls, LLC are to be used only as installed and as directed for their intended purpose of child safety in the home. Product abuse or customer alterations of any kind to the products or their original installation by Child Safety House Calls, LLC (aside from the recommended inspections, maintenance, and minimal adjustments as needed) releases Child Safety House Calls, LLC from any and all liability caused by their use. Standard consultation and maintenance fees may be applied for any requested adjustments, repairs, or re-installation due to abnormal wear and tear or product abuse at Child Safety House Calls discretion.
